Role Description The Parts Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in the Greater Phoenix Area. This position is responsible for assisting customers in identifying and ordering the correct parts for JCB equipment, both in person and over the phone. Day-to-day tasks include researching part numbers, preparing quotes, processing orders, managing parts requests from service technicians, and ensuring accurate and timely fulfillment. The Parts Specialist will maintain organized inventory, support inventory counts, coordinate with warehouse staff on shipping and receiving, and keep the parts area clean and well stocked. The role also involves maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction through knowledgeable support, clear communication, and proactive problem-solving.

• Customer-focused skills, including Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction, with the ability to build positive relationships and resolve issues promptly.
• Operational skills in Inventory Management and Inventory Control to ensure accurate stock levels, organized storage, and efficient parts availability.
