Chadwick-BaRoss, Inc. in Bangor, ME is seeking a Parts Specialist who sources parts and supplies for heavy-duty equipment customers and in-house technicians. You will assist customers, drive sales, and charge out inventory.

Responsibilities include processing parts orders by phone, counter and service sales; identifying needed parts via catalogs and computer systems; locating non-stock items; supporting credit releases; and helping with annual physical inventory.

Qualifications

• Good communication skills to interact with employees and customers.
• Knowledge of receiving, storing, and issuing parts and supplies.
• Prior experience in heavy equipment is preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Proficient with MS Office; smartphones and tablets.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer, factory and vendor support.
• Process parts orders for phone, counter and service sales.
• Identify needed parts using catalogs, CD-ROMs and computer systems.
• Locate and obtain parts if not in stock.
• Obtain credit releases in accordance with Company Policy.
• Resolve customer invoicing problems.
• Assist with yearly physical inventory.
• Perform all other duties as assigned.
