Job summary

Zorn Compressor & Equipment is seeking a Parts Specialist in Madison, WI. You will review work orders, identify and quote parts, and work closely with customers by phone, email, or in person to fulfill orders.

The role involves assisting service and sales teams, communicating with vendors, and maintaining accurate warehouse inventory. Training for forklift and pallet jack is provided.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Prior experience working with customers.
• Mechanical/technical knowledge.
• Good communication skills (phone/verbal and written).
• Proficient computer skills (Outlook, ERP systems).
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Able to operate forklift and pallet jack (training provided).
