Chadwick-BaRoss in Bangor, ME seeks a Parts Specialist to obtain parts and supplies for heavy-duty equipment customers and in-house technicians. You will serve customers, process orders by phone, counter, and service sales, and locate needed parts whether in stock or on order.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma, strong communication skills, and knowledge of receiving, storing, and issuing parts. Heavy equipment experience is a plus; MS Office, smartphones, and tablets familiarity is

• Good communication skills to interact with employees and customers.
• Knowledge of receiving, storing, and issuing parts and supplies.
• Prior experience in heavy equipment is preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Intermediate knowledge of MS Office Suite, smartphones, and tablets.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer, factory and vendor support
• Process parts orders for phone, counter and service sales
• Service customers by identifying needed parts, using parts catalogs, CD -ROM and computer systems.
• Locate and obtain parts if customer's needs are not in stock.
• Obtain credit releases in accordance with Company Policy
• Resolve customer invoicing problems
• Assist with yearly physical inventory
• Perform all other duties as assigned.

Role: Parts Specialist

The Parts Specialist performs a combination of duties to obtain parts and supplies for heavy- duty equipment customers as well as in house technicians. Services customers solicit additional sales and charge out inventory.

Compensation: $25-$30/hr
