• High school diploma or GED required.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Well organized and detail oriented.
• Proficient in Word, Excel, Outlook.
• Knowledge of vehicles and truck equipment.
• Self-sufficient with a “make it happen” attitude.
• Ability to pass a pre-employment background check and substance screening.

Responsibilities

• Follow all safety procedures and policies.
• Maintain clean, well-organized work area.
• Coordinate activities with Service manager and Warehouse personnel.
• Inform customers of lead times for parts and repairs.
• Greet customers both on phone and in person.
• Assist with all warranty issues and details.
• Identify customer needs.
• Generate all parts and services quotes.

Job Duties

• Follow all safety procedures and policies
• Maintain clean, well-organized work area
• Maintain and schedule necessary activities with Service manager and Warehouse personnel
• Inform customers of the lead times for all their parts and repairs
• Greet customers both on phone and in person
• Assist with all warranty issues and details
• Identify customer needs
• Generate all parts and services quotes
