The Parts Specialist provides high-quality service to retail and installer customers and supports store management in various tasks.

Essential Job Functions

1. Promote all customer service programs (Hi-5, Low Price Guarantee, etc.).
2. Greet customers and assist with merchandise selection.
3. Support professional customers as needed.
4. Complete relevant training.
5. Answer store calls, look up parts, quote prices, and recommend products.
6. Manage cash drawer and process transactions accurately.
7. Handle exchanges and returns politely.
8. Resolve customer complaints friendly.
9. Assist with store displays, stocking, and cleaning.
10. Perform operational tasks like inventory counts.
11. Operate store equipment after training.
12. Provide in-store services (e.g., install wipers, test batteries).
13. Drive delivery vehicle when needed, meeting driving requirements.
14. Perform other duties as assigned.

Skills and Qualifications

• Ability to quickly match alphanumeric sequences.

Preferred Qualifications
