Job summary

All Roads is seeking a Parts Specialist in Landover, MD to coordinate and sell heavy equipment parts to internal and external customers, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and outstanding service.

You will assist customers, upsell, handle calls and emails, manage back-ordered parts, and support technicians by retrieving and ordering parts; forklift experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in heavy duty or heavy equipment parts preferred.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to prioritize and assist team members.
• Must be able to lift and transport materials 50-80lbs.
• Valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers in selecting the appropriate parts and provide accurate pricing.
• Advise customers of companion part requirements and upsell specials.
• Answer telephone, greet in person and answer emails in a timely and professional manner.
• Follow up with customers regarding back-ordered parts.
• Support technicians by retrieving parts needed for existing work orders and ordering for future assignments.
• Operate a forklift as needed.
• Other duties as assigned.

We are searching for an experienced Parts Specialist to join our team! In this role, you'll be responsible for coordinating and selling heavy equipment parts to both internal and external customers, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and outstanding service.

Compensation $20 hourly plus commission (based on experience)
