Job summary

All Roads is seeking a bilingual Spanish-speaking Parts Specialist to join our team in Landover. You will coordinate and sell heavy equipment parts to internal and external customers, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and outstanding service.

This role requires prior experience in heavy equipment parts, strong organization and communication skills, and the ability to lift 50–80 lbs. A valid driver's license is required, and All Roads offers benefits and training opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers in selecting the appropriate parts and provide accurate pricing.
• Advise customers of companion part requirements and upsell specials.
• Answer telephone, greet in person and answer emails in a timely and professional manner.
• Follow up with customers regarding back-ordered parts.
• Support technicians by retrieving parts needed for existing work orders and ordering for future assignments.
• Operate a forklift as needed.
• Other duties as assigned.

Compensation

$20 hourly plus commission (based on experience)
