Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and assess service and parts needs; provide recommendations for repairs, maintenance, and parts.
• Identify and source correct parts; maintain inventory and process returns.
• Schedule and coordinate service appointments; communicate job status to customers and technicians.
• Generate invoices and maintain service records; keep the work area clean and organized.
• Collaborate with service technicians, management and vendors; adhere to policies and safety guidelines.
