Responsibilities

• Assist walk-in and phone customers with parts lookup and ordering.
• Use manufacturer diagrams and systems to identify correct parts.
• Support the Service Department by sourcing parts for repair orders.
• Receive, stock, and organize inventory shipments.
• Track backorders and communicate updates.
• Help maintain accurate inventory and participate in cycle counts.
• Keep the parts area clean, organized, and efficient.
• Build relationships with commercial and residential customers.

Outdoor Equipment Co. is seeking a Full-Time Parts Consultant to support our Ray location. This position plays a key role in assisting customers and our service team by identifying, ordering, and organizing parts that keep equipment in the field and working.

This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys hands‑on work, problem‑solving, and customer interaction – whether you have industry experience or a mechanical background looking for a consistent full‑time schedule.

What You’ll Do
