Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required; business degree preferred.
• Valid driver's license with good driving record.
• Two years experience as a technical parts representative or field service technician preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Market and sell Crown replacement parts within an assigned territory.
• Prospect, quote, demonstrate, and generate parts sales to end users.
• Develop and maintain customer relationships through cold calling and prospecting.
• Monitor back orders, account profiles, and lead follow-ups.
• Service existing consignment and non-consignment customers on a routine schedule.
• Maintain accurate parts inventory control within the van.
