Crown Equipment Corporation in Dallas seeks a skilled Parts Sales Representative to drive replacement parts sales in an assigned territory, prospect new customers, and support service teams. You will manage back orders, maintain inventory, and foster strong customer relationships through proactive communication.

Preferred candidates hold a high school diploma, have a valid driver's license, and can operate lift trucks safely. This is a full-time, on-site role in the United States.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; business degree preferred.
• Good written and verbal communication, organizational and customer care skills.
• Valid driver's license and ability to safely operate lift trucks.

Responsabilités

• Market and sell Crown replacement parts within an assigned territory.
• Prospect, quote, demonstrate, and generate parts sales to end users.
• Develop and maintain customer business relationships through various outreach methods.
• Monitor back orders, account profiles, and lead follow-ups; service existing customers.
• Maintain accurate and current parts inventory control within parts van.
