Job summary

GreenMark Equipment is seeking a Parts Specialist to deliver top-notch service for customers purchasing parts in-store and online. You will assist service departments, advise on related parts, and ensure smooth order processing and fulfillment.

The role requires strong customer service skills, basic sales aptitude, and familiarity with parts inventory. Expect a fast-paced environment with opportunities for training and advancement.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent experience.
• Experience connecting with customers, maintaining a professional image, and establishing rapport.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects with some independence.
• Experience using Microsoft Office and internet applications.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service to service department, counter & phone customers.
• Recommend additional related or needed parts or accessories.
• Process in-store orders promptly and accurately; communicate pickup/delivery status to customers.
• Locate and obtain merchandise, whether in-stock, out-of-stock or non-stocked.
• Maintain inventory integrity by verifying receipts, assisting with placing orders, cycle counts, and reporting discrepancies.
