GreenMark Equipment in Kent City, MI is hiring a Parts Specialist to help customers in-store and online, advising on parts and accessories and processing orders. This role supports service departments and contributes to timely customer repairs while upholding showroom standards.

You will maintain inventory, assist with displays, and provide excellent customer service. Benefits include health insurance, 401k with company match, paid holidays, and PTO.

Competenze

• High School diploma or equivalent experience.
• Experience connecting with customers, maintain professional image, establish rapport.
• Demonstrated basic understanding of the selling processes.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with a degree of independence.
• Experience using standard desktop load applications such as Microsoft Office and internet applications.

Purpose

This position is responsible for providing top notch service for customers purchasing parts in store and online and looking for information on promotions and accounts. The parts department is essential in providing support for our service departments for timely customer repairs.
