AHW LLC is seeking a motivated Parts Counter Associate to sell our tiered parts portfolio over the counter and support the service department. You will handle customer interactions in person and by phone, drive sales through promotions, and maintain accurate inventory.

You will demonstrate products, use dealer software tools, and uphold safety and process standards while contributing to a collaborative team focused on service excellence and efficient parts operations.

Formación

• 2+ years of Parts experience or equivalent sales or service experience.
• Experience connecting with customers, maintains professional image, establishes rapport.
• Demonstrates basic understanding of the selling processes.
• Demonstrates ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with a degree of independence.
• Experience using standard desktop load applications such as Microsoft Office and internet applications.
• Experience working both independently and in a team setting.
• Demonstrates excellent communication skills (written and verbal).
• Ability to lift items weighing up to 75 lbs and routinely lifts items weighing up to 50 lbs.

• Communicates, executes, and monitors Parts Department standard processes to ensure internal and external customer satisfaction.
• Maintains a positive and professional working relationship with peers, management, and support resources, with a constant commitment to teamwork and exemplary customer service.
• Assists in keeping parts department clean and orderly.
• Assists in maintaining all departmental tools, equipment, and vehicles are in good working order.
• Maintains a safe working environment and adheres to company safety program at all times.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

Description

Requirements

Experience, Education, Skills and Knowledge:

• 2+ years of Parts experience or equivalent sales or service experience

Pay Range:

$20.00 - $25.00 per hour
