Ahw,-LLC-1 is hiring for an over-the-counter parts salesperson who will serve customers at the counter and by phone, support the service department, and place special orders. The role emphasizes customer service, sales goals, and accurate inventory management.

The position involves using systems like JD Parts and related tools, with emphasis on teamwork and professional conduct. The pay range is $18.00 to $23.00 per hour, with a comprehensive benefits package.

• 1+ years of parts, sales, or service experience.
• Strong customer relationships and rapport.
• Able to manage multiple projects independently.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and internet apps.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Ability to lift items weighing up to 75 lbs and routinely up to 50 lbs.

Description

This position is responsible for selling our tiered portfolio of parts to customers over the counter and providing necessary parts to the service department and placing special orders for our customers.

Responsibilities

• Provides excellent customer service to the service department, customers at the counter or on the phone
• Meets or exceeds monthly sales goals driving sales through Aftermarket promotions

Requirements

Experience, Education, Skills and Knowledge:

• 1+ years of Parts experience or equivalent sales or service experience
• Experience connecting with customers, maintains professional image, establishes rapport
• Demonstrates basic understanding of the selling processes
• Demonstrates ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with a degree of independence
• Experience using standard desktop load applications such as Microsoft Office and internet applications
• Experience working both independently and in a team setting
• Demonstrates excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
• Ability to lift items weighing up to 75 lbs and routinely lifts items weighing up to 50 lbs

Pay Range: $18.00 - $23.00 per hour
