Qualifikationen

• Bilingual English/Spanish abilities are preferred.
• ASE Certification is required or preferred.
• Flexible schedule including mornings, nights, weekends, and overtime as needed.
• Ability to supervise, train, and develop a high-performing team.

Aufgaben

• Assist the Store Manager in supervising, training, and developing high-performing employees.
• Maintain clear, effective interactions with customers and staff to ensure smooth operations.
• Monitor sales goals, inventory accuracy, and performance standards to drive business success.
• Lead efforts to exceed sales targets and manage inventory and returns.
• Enforce PPE use, promote safety and compliance.
• Assist in managing commercial and hub departments to support timely deliveries and customer needs.
