Job summary

AutoZone is seeking a Parts Sales Manager in Texas to drive sales performance, lead a high-performing team, and deliver WOW! Customer Service.

You will partner with store leadership to supervise, train, and develop staff while ensuring accurate inventory, strong cash controls, and safe, compliant operations. The role requires exceptional communication in English and Spanish, a flexible full-time schedule, and prior automotive retail experience.

Qualifications

• Experience in automotive retail.
• ASE Certification preferred.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish.
• Full-time availability including mornings, nights, weekends, and overtime.

Responsibilities

• Assist Store Manager in supervising, training, and developing a high-performing team.
• Maintain clear communication with customers and employees to ensure smooth operations.
• Monitor sales goals, inventory accuracy, and performance standards.
• Follow structured store procedures, manage cash handling, and control shrink.
• Lead efforts to exceed sales targets and optimize inventory levels.
• Support commercial and hub departments to meet delivery needs.
• Resolve customer concerns and store issues promptly while upholding policies.
• Promote safety, PPE use, and company safety standards.
