Formación

• Bilingual in Spanish and English is required.
• ASE Certification is required.
• Experience in automotive retail is preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Assist Store Manager in supervising and developing a high-performing team.
• Lead efforts to exceed sales targets and manage inventory and merchandising.
• Ensure WOW! Customer Service and smooth store operations.
• Maintain safety, PPE compliance, and loss prevention measures.
• Collaborate with commercial and hub departments to support timely deliveries.
