Job summary

AutoZone’s Store Management team drives store performance and customer service excellence in a fast-paced Texas market. As a Parts Sales Manager, you will lead by example, coach team members, and push for robust sales while maintaining inventory and operations at a high level.

You’ll collaborate with store leadership to deliver exceptional customer experiences, ensure safety, and support career growth in automotive retail. This is a full-time, on-site role in Nacogdoches, TX.

Qualifications

• ASE Certification required for automotive service expertise.
• Experience in automotive retail and leadership roles preferred.
• Bilingual abilities in Spanish and English are advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Assist Store Manager in supervising, training, and developing staff.
• Lead sales growth, inventory control, and merchandising standards.
• Deliver WOW! customer service and ensure safe, compliant operations.
• Oversee cash handling, shrink reduction, and team performance.
