Job summary

Under the Store Manager's guidance, you will supervise and develop employees, ensure smooth daily operations, and partner with commercial departments to meet customer needs and deliver timely solutions across shifts.

Qualifications

• Experience in automotive retail, driving sales and service excellence.
• Fluent in English; Spanish proficiency is a plus.
• Flexible schedule including mornings, nights, weekends, and overtime.
• ASE Certification is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist in supervising and developing store staff to achieve sales targets.
• Maintain clear communication with customers and team to ensure WOW! service.
• Monitor sales goals and inventory accuracy to drive performance.
• Follow store procedures, manage cash handling, and control shrink.
• Support commercial and hub departments for timely deliveries.
• Resolve customer concerns and store issues quickly.
