Qualifications

• Leadership abilities and decisive decision-making.
• Flexibility to work a full-time schedule including mornings, nights, weekends, and overtime as needed.
• Exceptional communication skills in both Spanish and English.
• Previous experience in automotive retail is preferred.
• ASE Certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Store Manager in supervising, training, and developing high-performing employees.
• Maintain clear, effective interactions with customers and employees to ensure smooth operations.
• Monitor sales goals, inventory accuracy, and performance standards to drive business success.
• Follow structured store procedures, manage inventory, oversee cash handling, and control shrink.
• Lead efforts to exceed sales targets, optimize inventory levels, and ensure timely returns and merchandising.
• Enforce PPE use and uphold company safety standards.
• Support commercial and hub departments to meet customer needs and timely deliveries.
• Resolve customer concerns and store operational issues promptly, upholding company policies.
