Qualifications

• ASE Certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Store Manager in supervising, training, and developing a high-performing team.
• Maintain clear, effective communication with customers and employees.
• Monitor sales goals, inventory accuracy, and performance standards.
• Follow store procedures, manage inventory, oversee cash handling, and reduce shrink.
• Collaborate with store staff and department leaders to ensure seamless operations.
• Lead parts sales and inventory management to exceed targets and handle returns/merchandising.
• Enforce PPE use and uphold safety standards.
• Support commercial accounts and hub departments to meet delivery needs.
• Resolve customer concerns and store operational issues promptly.
