Qualifications

• Leadership: integrity, decision-making and strong leadership abilities.
• Flexible schedule: including mornings, nights, weekends, and overtime as needed.
• Exceptional Communication: bilingual in Spanish and English preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Store Manager in supervising, training, and developing high-performing employees.
• Maintain clear, effective communication with customers and employees to ensure smooth operations.
• Monitor sales goals, inventory accuracy, and performance standards to drive business results.
• Follow structured store procedures, manage inventory, oversee cash handling, shrink control and efficiency.
• Lead collaboration with staff and commercial department leaders to maintain seamless operations and service excellence.
• Drive Parts Sales & Inventory management by optimizing inventory levels and timely returns processing.
• Enforce PPE usage and uphold safety standards and compliance.
• Support commercial and hub departments to meet deliveries and customer needs.
• Resolve customer concerns and operational issues promptly, upholding company policies.
