Qualifications

• Leadership abilities to supervise, train, and develop a team.
• Exceptional communication in Spanish and English.
• Experience in automotive retail a strong plus.
• ASE Certification preferred for the role.

Responsibilities

• Assist Store Manager in supervising and developing high-performing staff.
• Maintain clear, effective communication with customers and employees.
• Monitor sales goals, inventory accuracy, and performance standards.
• Follow store procedures, manage inventory, cash handling, shrink control.
• Lead efforts to exceed sales targets and optimize inventory.
• Support commercial accounts and ensure timely deliveries.
