• Maintain clear, effective communication with customers and staff.
• Monitor sales goals, inventory accuracy, and performance.
• Follow store procedures; manage inventory, cash handling, shrink.
• Collaborate with staff and department leaders for seamless operations.
• Lead sales and inventory management; optimize stock and returns.
• Enforce PPE, promote safety, uphold standards.
• Support commercial and hub departments for timely deliveries.
• Resolve customer issues quickly while upholding policies.
