Qualifications

• Leadership and people-management experience with ability to supervise and develop staff.
• Flexible full-time schedule including mornings, nights, weekends and overtime.
• Bilingual in Spanish and English preferred.
• Experience in automotive retail or parts sales is a plus.
• Strong communication and customer service orientation.

Responsibilities

• Assist Store Manager in supervising, training and developing high-performing employees.
• Maintain clear, effective interactions with customers and employees.
• Monitor sales goals, inventory accuracy and performance standards.
• Follow store procedures, manage inventory, cash handling and shrink control.
• Lead efforts to exceed sales targets and manage merchandising.
• Enforce PPE and promote safety compliance.
• Support commercial accounts and hub departments for timely deliveries.
• Resolve customer concerns and store operational issues promptly.
