As a Parts Sales Manager, you’ll lead sales performance, mentor a high-performing team, and support timely deliveries and merchandising while upholding safety and compliance in a fast-paced automotive retail setting.

Qualifications

• Leadership with integrity and decisive decision‑making.
• Willingness to work a full‑time schedule including mornings, nights, weekends, and overtime.
• Bilingual Spanish and English communication is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Leadership – Assist the Store Manager in supervising, training, and developing high‑performing employees.
• Communication – Maintain clear, effective interactions with customers and employees.
• Metrics Mindedness – Monitor sales goals, inventory accuracy, and performance standards.
• Process Orientation – Follow store procedures, manage inventory, cash handling, shrink control.

• Parts Sales & Inventory Management – Lead efforts to exceed sales targets and optimize inventory.
• Safety & Compliance – Enforce PPE use and uphold safety standards.
• Commercial Account Support – Assist in managing commercial and hub departments for deliveries.
• Problem Solving – Resolve customer concerns and operational issues promptly.
