Qualifications

• Proven leadership abilities with integrity and decisiveness.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including mornings, nights, weekends, and overtime as needed.
• Strong communication in English; bilingual Spanish is a plus.
• Experience in automotive retail or service industry preferred.
