Under the Store Manager’s guidance, MITs lead by example, demonstrating initiative and leadership, supporting the driving community. As a Parts Sales Manager, you will play a key role in driving sales, mentoring staff, and delivering a WOW customer experience while overseeing inventory, safety, and process discipline

Qualifications

• Leadership demonstrated with integrity, decision-making and strong leadership abilities.
• Flexible schedule availability including mornings, nights, weekends and overtime.
• Exceptional communication skills in Spanish and English.
• Experience in automotive retail.
• ASE Certification.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Store Manager in supervising, training, and developing high-performing employees.
• Maintain clear, effective interactions with customers and employees.
• Monitor sales goals, inventory accuracy, and performance standards.
• Follow structured store procedures, manage inventory and cash handling.
• Lead teamwork with store staff and commercial department leaders.
• Drive sales targets, optimize inventory levels, and manage returns.
• Enforce PPE use and uphold company safety standards.
• Assist in managing commercial and hub departments to support deliveries.
• Resolve customer concerns and store operational issues swiftly.
