The role involves creating repair orders, inputting job details into the POR system, and ensuring orders are complete for customer billing. Strong organizational skills and prior inventory experience are essential.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of inventory management or related experience.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in records.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.

Responsibilities

• Create and manage repair orders for rental equipment and company vehicles.
• Review technician repair notes and input clear, accurate work order descriptions.
• Enter parts, labor, and repair details into the POR system.
• Ensure repair orders are complete and ready for customer billing.
• Maintain organized service records and support equipment maintenance operations.
• Oversee inventory tracking and control, ensuring accurate stock levels.
• Analyze inventory levels and prepare reports for management.
• Support shipping and receiving functions and verify deliveries.
