Job summary

Gerber Collision & Glass is seeking a Parts Coordinator to manage the ordering, receiving, storage, and distribution of parts for repair orders. You will verify parts accuracy and quality, and ensure timely delivery aligned with production schedules.

The role requires 1–3+ years in automotive parts, strong customer service, and solid organizational skills. I-Car progress toward Gold Class is a plus; prior experience with Summit, Repair Centre, Mitchell, and Audatex is helpful.

Qualifications

• Experience with automotive parts and body parts is preferred.
• Customer service oriented with strong organization under pressure.
• I-Car training or certification in progress is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate ordering, receiving, storing, dispatching and returning parts for each repair order.
• Verify accuracy and quality of parts per production schedule and vehicle needs.
• Communicate customer requests to team members.
• Work with vendors to order and receive parts and confirm quality and quantity.
• Enter parts invoices into MIS and reconcile invoices.
• Label, track and store parts by RO number, update price changes.
• Assist with supplier invoices and discount negotiations to maintain margins.
