Gerber Collision & Glass is seeking a Parts Coordinator to ensure a superior customer experience by efficiently ordering, receiving, storing, dispatching and returning parts for repair orders. You’ll verify accuracy, track parts by RO and keep the production schedule on track.

The role emphasizes strong communication with vendors and internal teams, precise MIS invoicing, and maintaining margins with negotiated discounts. A fast-paced environment and teamwork are essential.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Order, receive, store and dispatch parts for each repair order.
• Verify accuracy and quality of parts received per production schedule.
• Distribute parts to the shop in accordance with the production schedule.
• Enter all parts invoices into the MIS.
• Label and track parts by RO number and communicate price changes.
• Monitor vendor invoices and ensure proper discounts to maintain margins.
• Assist with parts sourcing and supplier communications.
