Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• 2+ years of experience in accounting, purchasing, inventory, or customer service in an office or light industrial environment.

Responsibilities

• Source and purchase parts through approved vendors at the best value and within required timelines.
• Create and manage parts and purchase orders in NetSuite.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and track parts movement.
• Communicate with vendors to confirm pricing, availability, and delivery timelines.
• Provide part ETAs and ensure correct pricing for retail and warranty work.
• Support prescreening and other administrative processes as needed.
