Qualifications

• Exceptional attention to detail is required.
• Strong organizational skills and methodical approach.
• Experience with purchasing, inventory, or AP/AR is a plus.
• Proficient written and verbal communication.
• Familiar with order entry, inventory and accounting software (training provided).
• Ability to work across sales, service and finance teams.
• A process-oriented mindset with drive for continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with the sales team to process sales orders accurately and efficiently
• Work with vendors to process purchase orders and fulfill orders
• Work with inside sales to ensure agreement renewals are processed accurately and on time
• Look for deals and pricing opportunities to secure the best prices for clients
• Maintain and grow strong vendor relationships
• Track and follow up on outstanding purchase orders
• Assist with gathering warranty information and processing RMAs
• Receive inventory and manage stock levels across our offices
• Travel between offices for inventory transfers and audits
• Assist the finance team with reconciling vendor invoices
• Help clients resolve billing questions and issues
• Maintain accurate internal records
• Contribute to a positive team environment
• Assist with maintaining organization and cleanliness of workspaces
• Perform other duties as required
