CenterPoint, based in Woodbury, MN, is seeking a dynamic Purchasing Agent for our fast-paced trade show operations. You will purchase materials, manage inventory, and issue purchase orders while recording transactions in NetSuite to ensure accuracy and timely deliveries.

You will collaborate with project managers and shop staff, maintain SDS records for hazardous materials, and negotiate terms with vendors to achieve cost efficiency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management or related field preferred.
• 2–4 years purchasing/procurement experience required.
• Experience with NetSuite and vendor management is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Purchase items, maintain inventory levels, and reorder supplies as needed.
• Accurately receive and record goods in the system (NetSuite), including verification of quantities, condition, and proper documentation.
• Process material lists by allocating inventory to jobs and ensuring correct issuance and removal from inventory.
