Job summary

You will source and order parts from approved vendors and keep Fiix updated with all receipts, issues, and returns, ensuring accurate records for audits and maintenance planning.

The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent, with preference for an associate degree or technical certification.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree or technical certification preferred.
• Experience in inventory management, procurement, or a related field is preferred.
• Experience in a maintenance or manufacturing environment is a plus.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Ability to work in environments with noise, dust, and temperature variations.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate inventory records of maintenance parts and supplies.
• Source and order maintenance parts from approved vendors; communicate with vendors to resolve issues.
• Maintain Fiix records of all inventory transactions.
• Coordinate with maintenance technicians to identify and fulfill parts needs.
• Ensure parts and supplies are stored in a safe and organized manner.
