Job summary

Tenet Corp. is seeking an Inventory Control Specialist in Minnesota to lead inbound receiving, allocate locations, and ensure accurate warehouse inventory levels. You will manage put-away, cycle counts, and ERP/WMS updates, while training teammates and maintaining SOPs.

You will collaborate with branch leadership and supply chain teams to improve accuracy, safety, and efficiency in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 2+ years of warehouse operations experience preferred.
• Experience with inventory control and WMS/ERP systems.
• Experience with cycle counts and inventory reconciliation preferred.
• Forklift certification or ability to obtain it.

Responsibilities

• Lead inbound receiving, put-away and related material handling.
• Maintain accurate inventory records in WMS/ERP.
• Perform cycle counts and reconcile discrepancies.
• Create and maintain SOPs for inbound/inventory-control.
• Collaborate with leadership to resolve issues and improve processes.
