You will lead and develop a team, set clear expectations, and foster a safe, productive environment. You will drive sales, expand product offerings, and build vendor partnerships to fuel growth.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of parts or warehouse operations experience.
• 3–5 years of people leadership experience.
• Strong inventory management and operational organization.

Responsibilities

• Build and improve the parts operation by organizing the warehouse and improving inventory accuracy.
• Lead, coach, and develop your team with clear expectations and accountability.
• Drive parts sales and growth by building customer relationships and vendor partnerships.
• Own department performance by managing monthly sales goals and purchasing.
