Sammons Industrial, LLC is seeking a Manager, Parts to lead the Gainesville parts department on-site. You will improve inventory accuracy, organize warehouse operations, and drive growth through strong team leadership and vendor partnerships.

Responsibilities include managing stock levels, optimizing processes, and delivering strong customer service. Candidates should have 5+ years in parts/warehouse roles and 3–5 years in leadership, with solid inventory management and communication skills.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of parts or warehouse operations experience.
• 3–5 years of people leadership experience.
• Strong inventory management and organizational skills.
• Good communication and customer service abilities.

Responsabilités

• Build and organize the Gainesville parts operation, improving inventory accuracy and stock levels.
• Lead, coach, and develop the team; set expectations and accountability.
• Drive parts sales and grow the department by expanding offerings and vendor partnerships.
• Manage monthly sales goals, cycle counts, and procurement to improve operations.
