Job summary

Briggs Truck & Rail in Gainesville, GA is seeking a skilled leader to own the Gainesville parts department, improve inventory accuracy, and strengthen warehouse operations. You will drive growth by expanding product offerings and introducing new vendors, while leading a team to deliver dependable service.

You will lead by example, bring fresh ideas, and take pride in helping others succeed, growing the department and supporting technicians and customers alike.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of parts or warehouse operations experience.
• 3–5 years of people leadership experience.
• Strong inventory management and organizational skills.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Build and improve parts operation by organizing the warehouse and managing stock.
• Lead, coach, and develop your team with clear expectations and accountability.
• Drive parts sales and growth by expanding product offerings and vendor partnerships.
• Own department performance including monthly sales goals and inventory turnover.
