Job summary

Southport-Truck-Group in Fort Myers, FL is seeking a Parts Warehouse Manager to oversee the warehouse operations and team, implementing processes and best practices as directed by the Parts Manager. You will supervise staff, assist with hiring and scheduling, and drive a culture of accountability and customer service.

The role covers daily warehouse activities, inventory control, safety compliance, and process improvements to optimize efficiency and accuracy.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of warehouse/operations experience.
• Must be willing and able to lift up to 50 lbs. throughout shift.
• Must be willing and able to walk 3+ miles a shift.
• Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record.
• Computer proficiency and the ability to use business software and technology platforms.
• Intermediate knowledge level with Microsoft Suite.

Responsibilities

• Supervise, train, coach, and develop Parts Warehouse employees and Delivery Drivers.
• Assist with hiring, onboarding, scheduling, performance management, and employee development.
• Promote a culture of accountability, teamwork, continuous improvement, and customer service.
• Oversee daily warehouse activities, including receiving, stocking, picking, packing, shipping, delivery, returns, and vendor credits.
• Coordinate and optimize delivery schedules and routing to maximize efficiency and customer satisfaction.
• Maintain established warehouse processes, procedures, and operational standards.
• Review employee timecards, attendance records, and time-off requests.
• Maintain operational records, reports, and inventory documentation.
