Briggs Truck & Rail in Gainesville, GA is seeking a skilled leader to own the Gainesville parts department, improve inventory accuracy, and strengthen warehouse operations. You will drive growth by expanding product offerings and introducing new vendors, while leading a team to deliver dependable service.

You will lead by example, bring fresh ideas, and take pride in helping others succeed, growing the department and supporting technicians and customers alike.

• 5+ years of parts or warehouse operations experience.
• 3–5 years of people leadership experience.
• Strong inventory management and organizational skills.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

What You'll Do

• Build and improve our parts operation by organizing the warehouse, improving inventory accuracy, managing stock levels, and creating efficient processes that keep our technicians and customers moving.


• Lead, coach, and develop your team, setting clear expectations, encouraging accountability, and creating a safe, supportive environment where people can do their best work.


• Drive parts sales and business growth by building customer relationships, developing vendor partnerships, expanding product offerings, and identifying opportunities in new markets.


• Own department performance by managing monthly sales goals, inventory turnover, cycle counts, purchasing, and operational improvements while delivering dependable customer service.

What You'll Bring

• 5+ years of parts or warehouse operations experience, ideally in Class A trucking, heavy-duty equipment, or a related industry, along with 3–5 years of people leadership experience.


• Strong inventory management skills and the ability to bring organization, accuracy, and efficiency to a growing operation.


• A driven, adaptable leadership style with a willingness to roll up your sleeves, solve problems, hold people accountable, and help your team grow.


• Strong communication and customer service skills, comfort working with warehouse and inventory systems, and a high school diploma or equivalent.
