Responsibilities include directing daily parts operations, setting annual goals, recruiting and retaining staff, developing customer relationships, and optimizing stock levels and warranty policies. The role requires strong technical aptitude and leadership in a material handling environment.

Competenze

• Associates Degree or Technical College Cert. required.
• Experience with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Prior management experience in material handling or related field.
• High school diploma required.
• Extensive technical aptitude in material handling or heavy equipment.

Mansioni

• Manage and direct daily parts operations in accordance with policies and procedures.
• Establish annual goals and quotes; develop marketing strategies to achieve them.
• Recruit, hire, and develop staff to implement the operational plan.
• Develop positive relationships with customers to drive repeat business.
• Control operating costs and improve methods, safety, and results.
• Maintain stock levels and inventory turns; administer warranty policies.
• Tailor inventory to regional needs and market consignments.
• Attend management and manufacturer's meetings as required.
