Compact Construction Equipment, LLC. is seeking a Corporate Parts Manager to lead the parts department across Texas locations, drive continuous improvement, and ensure exceptional customer service.

You will develop SOPs, manage reporting, and optimize supplier relationships to achieve financial targets while mentoring staff. The role requires 7–10 years of leadership in manufacturing or construction parts, strong analytical and communication skills, and ability to travel up to 50% region-wide.

Qualificações

• 7-10 years progressive experience including supervision of staff.
• Manufacturing, sales or construction industry experience a plus.
• Strong construction equipment parts knowledge and service experience.
• Strong business acumen, leadership, communication and analytical skills.
• Ability to influence others verbally and in writing.
• Ability to challenge and improve processes across the territory.
• Change agent to drive best sales practices across the business.
• Interacts with leaders to collaborate on projects.
• Attention to detail and market awareness.
• Experience with CDK is a plus; proficient in Excel/Word/Teams.

Responsabilidades

• Leads continuous improvement culture in parts department and implements new processes.
• Develops SOPs for business system processes.
• Monitors parts reporting and builds new reporting with IT; trains team on metrics.
• Provides problem solving for internal/external customers and issues.
• Maintains vendor relationships and negotiates pricing with suppliers.
• Monitors P&L for parts; assists with budgets and corrective actions.
• Ensures compliance with policies and manufacturer programs.
• Oversees training, hires and places applicants, and coordinates regional training.
• Manages incentive programs and commissions; analyzes performance metrics.
