Company Wrench in West Palm Beach, FL is seeking a Parts Manager to lead parts operations, inventory control and sales support for service and parts customers.

You will supervise the parts team, coordinate with the Service Manager, drive purchasing and expediting of parts, and implement training programs to raise efficiency and customer satisfaction. This on-site role offers growth opportunities within a growing team.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in parts operations and parts sales at management level.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Good employee relations and supervisory abilities.
• Solid inventory management and purchasing knowledge.
• Familiarity with pricing principles and discounts.
• Working knowledge of warehouse storage systems.
• A purchasing certification is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Organize, develop and maintain an organization chart for the parts group.
• Maintain job descriptions with HR covering all parts functions.
• Determine parts sales methodologies to maximize effectiveness and customer satisfaction.
• Monitor performance standards and measurements for the parts group.
• Maintain efficiency reports and reporting methods.
• Recruit, hire and train parts employees with HR support.
• Plan educational and training programs on policies and inventory control.
• Coordinate professional development of department staff through training.
• Provide direction to achieve profitable parts sales and customer satisfaction.
• Conduct regular parts meetings and training sessions.
• Coach parts personnel to improve skills and efficiency.
• Supervise direct reports and guide toward corporate and personal goals.
• Track progress toward customer satisfaction and market goals.
• Identify deviations and take corrective actions.
• Conduct daily consultations with direct reports and hold monthly reviews.
• Discipline per policy, including termination when necessary.
