Job summary

Step One Automotive Group Llc in Crestview, FL is seeking a Parts Manager to drive profitability in the parts department. You will forecast goals, hire and coach staff, and manage inventory while collaborating with service, body shop, and wholesale accounts.

You will develop pricing, monitor KPIs, and ensure timely order processing, while maintaining internal customer service standards and safety compliance.

Qualifications

• Minimum of two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Ability to pass a background check, drug screening, and Motor Vehicle Report.
• Additional automotive certifications and training are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Participates in forecasting of goals and objectives for the department and strives to meet them.
• Hires, trains, motivates, counsels, and monitors performance of all parts department staff.
• Maintains a balanced inventory consistent with service, body shop, wholesale and internal accounts.
• Establishes inventory levels and balances for maximum turnover; ensures turnover targets are met.
• Develops aggressive wholesale parts program to produce profit and maintains customer satisfaction.
• Oversees stock ordering and ensures timely workflow of paperwork and shipping/receiving.
• Monitors daily reports and drives improvements in sales productivity and inventory control.
