Job summary

White Cap Management LLC seeks a Parts and Service Operations Manager to align the Parts and Service departments, drive sales, and improve profitability across our teams. You will lead the departments, coach staff, and ensure service excellence in a fast-paced environment.

You will manage customer and vendor relationships, monitor margins, and supervise technicians to maximize efficiency. The role requires a strong background in parts/service operations and inventory control.

Qualifications

• BS/BA in a related discipline is typically required.
• 5+ years of experience in a related field.
• Certification may be required.
• Advanced degree may offset less experience in some disciplines.

Responsibilities

• Manages the Parts and Service work order process and the associates involved.
• Develops internal and external relationships with customers and vendors.
• Drives Parts and Service sales and directs salespeople to do the same while monitoring margin and growth.
• Oversees Service Technicians' efficiency to maximize productivity and profitability.
• Collaborates with Parts Inventory Analyst to ensure parts availability for counter customers and the Service Department.
