Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent; Diesel/technical degree preferred.
- Experience in heavy, industrial, or vehicle service operations is advantageous.
- Strong customer service and leadership skills required.
Responsibilities
- Supervise service personnel in collaboration with the Service Manager.
- Schedule technicians and manage work orders for efficiency.
- Provide accurate quotes and keep customers updated on timelines and issues.
- Monitor WIP and ensure warranty procedures are followed.
- Contribute to recruiting, training, and development of staff.
