Job summary

Marlen International Inc is seeking a Parts Manager to provide commercial and operational leadership for the parts organization. You will oversee financial performance, customer satisfaction, and staff development as part of the Lifecycle Services leadership team.

This role focuses on revenue growth, margin optimization, forecasting, and cross-functional collaboration to implement best practices and achieve growth objectives across Duravant’s operating companies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in technical or business field preferred.
• 5-7 years of work experience; 3 years in a comparable management position.
• Experience in OEM / capital equipment industry preferred.
• Strong financial acumen and accountability.
• Strong business analysis, problem solving, and strategy development skills.
• Ability to travel up to 10%.
• Knowledge of Office 365, CRM and ERP.

Responsibilities

• Provide commercial leadership for all aftermarket parts activities.
• Be a member of the Lifecycle Services leadership team.
• Grow revenue and margins while controlling expenses.
• Forecast parts business performance.
• Influence other departments to reduce warranty exposure.
• Conduct market analysis to identify parts opportunities.
